Frequently Asked Questions

You will be assessed by a health care professional and provided with a diagnosis (if seeing a physiotherapist). The therapist will likely ask you about your issue and then ask you to move in particular ways and they will also move you to determine what course of treatment is required. Then, the therapist will provide you with treatment and develop a treatment plan with you to ensure your issue is resolved in a timely fashion.

 

Please bring any documentation that you have received from any other medical practitioners that may be relevant to your appointment.

Please wear attire that will allow you to fully or partially expose the area that you require treatment for.

You do not need a doctors referral to see one of our clinicians. However, you may need to provide a physicians prescription for therapy to qualify for reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Physiotherapy Initial Assessment is 45 minutes and costs $110. 

Physiotherapy Follow-Up appointments are:

$75 for 15 minutes

$90 for 30 minutes

$110 for 45 minutes

$150 for 60 minutes

The following are the costs for a massage therapy appointment (before tax):

$70.00 for 30 minutes

$85.00 for 45 minutes

$100.00 for 60 minutes

$150.00 for 90 minutes

We can direct bill to your insurance company and we accept a variety of insurances:
